Capstone IT is partnering with  a fast-growing technical agency specializing in GTM and creating scalable, sustainable revenue growth for their customers to fill an Engagement Manager position. We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and motivated Engagement Manager to join their team. 

This customer-facing role requires a data driven professional with strong leadership skills to ensure client engagements transition smoothly from “closed-won” to “kickoff” to “project go-live.” This person will focus on expanding customer engagements across their key business lines: Gong, Clay, HubSpot, and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement Oversight: Lead the transition of client engagements from sales closure to project initiation and successful delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
  • Issue Triage and Resolution: Proactively identify and address challenges as they arise, collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement effective solutions promptly.
  • Account and Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Technical Insight and Consultation: Analyze clients’ existing technology stacks, providing strategic recommendations for enhancements and integrations to optimize their operations.
  • Business Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities to broaden client engagements by introducing additional services and solutions through a consultative, value-added approach.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in client facing roles within the RevOps, SaaS, Marketing or Technology consulting sectors, with a proven track record of managing and expanding client engagements.
  • Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of sales, marketing and CS platforms, including Gong, Clay, HubSpot, and Salesforce, with the ability to provide strategic guidance on their implementation and optimization.
  • Project Management Acumen: Familiarity with project management best practices to oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities to assess client needs, project performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Problem Solving Ability: Proven aptitude for identifying issues, analyzing potential solutions, and implementing effective resolutions in a timely manner.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self motivated with a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities and driving growth.
