Capstone IT is helping one of our premier clients to hire a Senior AI Developer. In this role, you will help to lead the transformation of their enterprise environment by designing, developing, and deploying AI and generative AI applications. You will integrate AI, MLOps, DevOps, and full-stack development to address the needs of our operational areas, enhancing collaboration and delivering reliable solutions. You will also manage AI/ML projects from conception to deployment, ensuring the robustness of AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and security practices.
The ideal candidate will have experience in mentoring data scientists and developers and advocating engineering excellence. This environment is very dynamic and will require ability to manage uncertainty and rapidly adjust to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead AI/ML projects end-to-end, from design to deployment, emphasizing security, scalability, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain AWS infrastructure, focusing on security, cost optimization, and operational smoothness.
- Collaborate on systems integration with various technologies, maintaining production reliability and supporting continuous delivery.
- Utilize agile methodologies for iterative delivery, maintaining flexibility and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or analytical fields, or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in deploying full-stack applications in enterprise environments.
- Several years of experience with AI integration and MLOps in full-stack applications.
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, React, Flask, SQL, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Strong experience in AWS services like Sage Maker, S3, Lambda, and infrastructure as code (CDK).
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, adept at building partnerships in remote and changing environments.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in full-stack application deployment.
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, React, Flask, SQL.
- Experienced in AWS, including Sage Maker, S3, Lambda.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in an analytical field.
- Familiarity with cloud architectures for LLM-based applications.
- Proven experience with MLOps and automated training and deployment pipelines.
