Capstone IT is assisting our client in hiring a part-time IT Project Manager. You will play a pivotal role in managing the delivery of our services, ensuring projects are executed flawlessly, and refining internal processes to support our ambitious growth goals. This is a client facing role where you will manage implementations of cutting-edge tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, and Clay. We are looking for a PM that is passionate about building and maintaining client relationships. This is a contract role (20-ish hours per week) with a strong possibility of a future full-time transition.
Must be available 9a-2:30p T and TH.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and effectively managing expectations.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Oversee project scope, manage change orders, and proactively address risks and challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align on deliverables and strategic priorities.
- Utilize tools like HubSpot, ClickUp, and Harvest to manage projects, track progress, and streamline billing workflows.
- Contribute to the refinement and execution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring alignment with company goals and 100% operational effectiveness.
- Provide account management support, identifying opportunities for growth and additional services.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of services, particularly for technical implementations and optimizations.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- 5+ years in project management, with at least 3 years in a client-facing role.
- Prior experience in an agency environment is a strong plus but not required.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Skills:
- Exceptional ability to build client relationships and manage expectations.
- Advanced project management skills, including scoping, timeline management, and change order processes.
- Proficiency with project management (ClickUp) and billing tools (Harvest), and familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot.
- Ability to refine and operationalize SOPs for maximum efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, with an ability to adapt to dynamic client and internal needs.
